Weekly Wellness Staples

True self-care is the building a life you don鈥檛 have to escape from. It is the intentional creation of daily habits and practices that take care of your holistic self to keep you healthy and well. To encourage that habitual and regular self-care practice, we have partnered with 顶级国产视频 athletics to offer a number of opportunities for movement in a supportive group evenmironent every week. See for a full list of offered classes and the most up to date schedule.

  • When you come to your first staple event, you鈥檒l get a drawstring bag
  • When you come to your third staple event, you鈥檒l get a water bottle
  • When you come to your fifth staple event, you鈥檒l get a journal
  • When you come to your fifteenth staple event, you鈥檒l get an exercise/yoga mat
  • When you come to your thirtieth staple event, you鈥檒l get a weighted blanket
