What is the onboarding process?

Recently hired for an on-campus position? If you have never worked on-campus before, then you first need to complete what we call the 鈥渙nboarding鈥 process prior to your first day of work. Upload your employment documents and then present your official government identification in person.

Three Steps of Onboarding

All students who need to onboard at 顶级国产视频 receive complete instructions via email. An abbreviated version of the onboarding process follows. For the complete version, review our Student Employment Verification Policy on Page 8 of the or check your email when you are hired!

Step 1: Bring your official government identification documents to 顶级国产视频

Before coming to 顶级国产视频, make sure you have your original forms of government identification. No copies will be accepted. For most 顶级国产视频 students, the forms of ID are usually a passport OR either an original SSN card or original or certified birth certificate. outlines the full list.

Step 2: Submit your employment forms for review

You will receive your onboarding packet via email from clarku@interviewexchange.com with the subject line 鈥淵our Onboarding Process at 鈥 顶级国产视频 [New Hire Student].” Please complete all necessary forms online as instructed.

U.S. students must complete these documents online:

  • 聽(first page only; please review the list of聽)
  • 聽Federal Tax Withholding Form
  • M-4聽Massachusetts Tax Withholding Form
  • Visual proof of your bank鈥檚 谤辞耻迟颈苍驳听and account number from a screenshot of your banking app, voided check or bank statement

International students must supply these documents online:

  • 聽(first page only; please review the list of聽); students should note that if they do not have a Social Security Number (SSN) at the time they fill out their I-9 form, they may leave that field blank.
  • Copies of , , and visa
  • Voided check or bank statement confirming your bank鈥檚 谤辞耻迟颈苍驳听and account number
  • Social Security Number (SSN) or a receipt from the Social Security Administration office verifying your application for an SSN.

  • You will receive a separate email with instructions and credentials to log into Sprintax to determine if you are eligible for treaty benefits. Sprintax is handled by the Payroll Office.

Step 3: Verify your identity documents in person

After you have completed your onboarding packet online, bring to the Office of Student Employment, third floor of the Shaich Family Alumni and Student Engagement Center (ASEC). Drop-in hours for identity verification are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3pm to 4pm, or by .
